Rawla Koshilav was Situated 60 kms far from Fateh Bagh. Palace as dismantled by 60,000 pieces, and given proper numbering to each piece and assembled at Ranakpur.

The Palace was Built  as one of the many residence for a noble Family of the Mewar Region Of the 17th Century. After India's Independence  when it was no longer possible for nobility to maintain all properties it was sold to wealthy businessman of this region settled in Mumbai. This Gentleman held this property for 30 odd years, during which property was inhabited  and thus the conditions deteriorated.
