Mehrangarh Fort- the 5 km long majestic fort on a 125 m high hill; Jaswant Thada- a cluster of royalcenotaphs in white marble; Umaid Bhawan Palace- the only 20th century palace built under the amine relief project that gave employment to the famine struck population. The palace was completed in 16 yrs and it is still the residence of the former rulers with a part of it running as a hotel and the remaining part as a museum. Balsamand Lake and Gardens (5 km)-a pretty lake built in 1159 A.D. A splendid Summer Palace stands by the lakeside surrounded by beautiful gardens .

Day 3

Depart for Osian – The Camel Camp. ( 45 min )Ovenight at Camel Camp. Osian an exotic, once- in- a-lifetime experience of living in a desert like a nomad- but with the frills attached! Spend a memorable evening under the stars and o/n in state of the art Swiss tents with attached toilets.

Day 4

Depart for Jaisalmer. ( 4 hrs) Overnight at Jaisalmer .

Day 5

Overnight at Jaisalmer .

The golden hued Fort perched on a 80 m high hill, housing an entire township within its ramparts The magnificently carved Havelis & Tazia Tower. Evening excursion to Sam / Khuri Sand Dunes 42 / 30 kms away. Lodurva, the ancient capital of Jaisalmer and an important pilgrim spot of the Jain community; Jain temple with (Kalpvruksh). Kuldhara a ruined ( approx 500 years ago) village, Gadisar Lake- a scenic rain water lake with numerous beautiful shrines around.

Day 6

Depart for Bikaner ( 5 hrs). Overnight at Bikaner.

Day 7

Oivernight at Bikaner .

Junagarh Fort one of the few forts which has never been conquered. It is a formidable structure with 37 beautiful palaces , pavilions and temples within. Also visit the Lalgarh Palace, Sungate , Jain Mandir , Deshnok the Karni Mata temple .
